Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?

No you won't. Just bring in your Log Book and we will fill it in and stamp it for you. We have more information on this for you in our article. Please click here.

I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?

If you are a regular customer we will have your details on file.

Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?

Yes, we offer Loan cars. Please contact us for availability and hire cost.

Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or what's wrong with my car?

Yes, if you require a digital copy we can supply this.

How long will the service take?

This will vary depending on when your vehicle arrives in our Woolner workshop and what type of service or repair we are performing.

How much will my service cost?

You will receive a customise quote prior to servicing or repair as each job will vary.

How can I pay for my Service?

We accept Credit Card, Cash or Bank Transfer for payment of your service.

When are you Open?

Our Woolner workshop is open Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 5.30pm. Saturdays we are open from 8am till noon.

Can I drop off my car after hours?

Yes, you can drop off your car after hours. Contact us for more details.

Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?

We can't drop you home but we can drop you into the City or Coconut Grove.

What happens if something is not right after my car service?

If something is still wrong with your car after servicing or repair please contact Pauls Service Centre straight away. You are covered by the REPCO Nationwide Warranty so you have peace of mind.

Can my car be serviced at the same time it is being repaired?

Yes, we can do this for you, don't forget to let us know when you book.

How do I book in my car?

Feel free to call us, email or use our online booking form.

How often should I really service my car?

We recommend servicing every 5,000 kms.

Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?

During the course of your service, if we find mechanical issues that need repair straight away, as a safety issue, then yes we can fix it for you.

Can you WASH my car while it is having a Service or Repair?

Yes, we can wash your car when you book in for a service. Let us know at the time of booking.
